Just perform the following steps and you have done with your new start button!!!
- You need Resource Hacker.
- Open My Computer , C:\WINDOWS and copy explorer.exe and paste it anywhere you want.
- Run Resource Hacker and Open explorer.exe from the folder you paste it.
- Open String Table and look in folders 36 and 37.
- Where you see "start" change it with the name you want.
- File -> Save As ... and replace the copiyed explorer.exe
- Run your Windows Task Manager and End the Process of the explorer.exe that you are running.
- Then click on Applications then New Task.
- Then Browse and open the explorer.exe that you edited with the resource hacker.
