Budweiser is the only major beer in the world using the traditional beechwood ageing process to naturally age the beer. Budweiser is brewed with a combination of 2-row and 6-row barley malt to achieve a very specific flavour balance.
The beer is crafted using a second fermentation, a method called "kraeusening", to mature the flavour of the beer. Kraeusening is a traditional, natural way of carbonating beer.
